Secondary breast cancer with bone mets. Will it get easier?

Hi I've recently been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer bone mets in hip and spine and had total hip replacement and taking letrozole denosumab and also abermaciclib feeling quite nauseous and bloods wrong so onc said stop taking the abermaciclib, before meds I felt I could run a marathon after so much pain now couldn't run to loo when diarrhoea set in will it get any easier and when will it be possible to think about going back to work even
