It's good that you are having regular check ups and it's excellent news your last scans were clear. The fact that you noticed some light blood spotting doesn't necessarily mean that the cancer is back but it is really important that you flag this with your medical team as soon as possible so that they can look into this properly. 

I am keeping everything crossed for you that it turns out to be unrelated to the cancer.
