Nose bleed!

Hi,

I'm on my 3rd week of a 12 weekly cycle of Taxol/Carbo to be followed by another three every three weeks for breast cancer and have been feeling relatively well, but had a sudden nose bleed out of the blue yesterday evening!

Anyone else experiencing nose bleeds and how often do they occur?

    Hello Karmen24 and welcome to Cancer Chat, 

    Nosebleeds are indeed a known side effect of the Taxol/Carbo chemotherapy combination as you can read on this page. If they are too frequent or cause any issues, do talk to your GP about it. I am sure they will have some good advice for you to help you stop these. 

    I hope that you will meet others on the forum who have also experienced nose bleeds while on Taxol/Carbo and that they will be along shortly to share their story with you.
