MHi I’m going to have a gastroscopy with sedation.  I will have someone to take me home but might be on my own then.  I live on single level so no stairs to worry about and won’t be cooking.  Are most people ok just to rest for a few hours then not do anything much for the rest of the day ?  I’ve been told to have someone with me for 24 hours, I don’t want to have the procedure without sedation but not sure what to say on the day. This is all new to me, including this forum.
