As you can see on our page about screening for ovarian cancer, although the CA125 test is used as a tumour marker for ovarian cancer, CA125 can be raised for other reasons that are not related to cancer so try not to be alarmed by these results.

Do talk to your GP though about it and what it means and ask whether they think you need any other tests or if they can explain to you why your levels are raised despite you having no other symptoms. I think it would give you reassurance to talk to a medical expert about this.
