Hi. Friends. I had big lumpectomy + 46 lymph nodes removed in June 2018. Estrogen based. I was on Anastrozole for 2 years. OK for 18 months. Then severe pains in hands,wrists,feet, shins, knees. Joint stiffness. Hobbling around. I am a fit, healthy 72 year old. I look 55! My amazing consultant switched me to Aromasin  about 1 year ago.  Same pattern. But I began taking daily Glucosamine + daily Cod Liver Oil capsules 3 months ago. 99% pain is gone! Just my shoulders,right hand. I use Voltarol gel, heat pads, Kiniesology tape from chemist. Recently got severe, pulsing headaches back of skull. Any ideas of how to treat these? Ladies, we are Survivors! We are feisty warriors! Dont give up. Our meds are truly life saving. I lost my darling husband to cancer jn 2019. I have no children. I am glad to be alive. We must trust our wonderful consultants. Blessings to you all.....
