About 6 years ago I worked in a little office (2mx3m)for about a year and was unaware of the asbestos. Its an old building, built in the 60s id say. Anyway I found out there was asbestos in the wall and since then i have been obsessing about if this would've done me any harm. I was young at the time(didn't even know what asbestos was).

I know that it's only meant to be harmful when drilled or whatever but the thought of me being sat in an office with walls made of the stuff has freaked me and I keep reading things about mesothelioma and stuff and it's getting to me a lot.

Any reassurance or info from someone who knows their stuff? Thankyou
