Hello everyone

I'm new here and have some worrying symptoms that I need to get off my chest. 
 

I have a small, hard, marble sized lump deep on the middle of my armpit that isn't painful at all. If occasionally gets bigger and smaller but never goes away. I'm also exhausted all of the time. There's also a small pink rash patch that won't go away and a small black spot, with some pink spots around it. 
 

My GP has referred me to the breast clinic and to my surprise I received an appointment through the post for 2 weeks time which I thought was quite quick. 
 

I know this could be many things, but I can't help fear the worst. Especially as my grandmother died due to breast cancer. 
 

Just wondering really if anyone else has had the same thing going on and what it turned out to be?
