Hi, 

I have an asbestos ocd problem I think, not from an exposure but from other health scares in the past which somehow morphed into asbestos. 
a colleague at work mentioned that he moved in with a friend and that they redocorated the house themselves. Not by knocking through walls but fitting wooden floors, changing kitchen cabinets, new bath tub etc. In my book that is refurbishment. Anyway I got so freaked out by the fact that they did it themselves and was worried that maybe he carried some of the fibres on his clothes into our work premises. It sounds crazy I know because he lives far away but it's really got me worried because I sit next to him. He did mention that his friend had moved into the house over 14 years ago (circa 2006) and that he had done refurbishment then. This calmed me down a bit because It made this one more of an update. But please guys am I just being paranoid? I mean I know asbestos can stick to clothing but what are the chances that if there was any asbestos he had the stuff in his clothes which carried all the way into work?
