Tubal ligation 2 years ago 

PCOS

Regular smear tests all been fine most recent 2 years ago. 

No period for 20 years only started having a cycle after tubal ligation.

Just in the past few months noticed spotting in the middle of a cycle.

For the past 10 months I have noticed bloody discharge after sex (sorry TMI) not every time so real pattern. 

Just recently I have noticed a bloody discharge from my vagina after a bowel movement. Again not every time so its really difficult to pin point what could be causing it. 

I am booked to have a hysteroscopy for a biopsy.

The discharge can vary from a little bit when I wipe to needing a pad. Colour can light pink to bright red to brown only last a day or so. 

So I am really not sure what to think I am googling and getting all sorts from cervical cancer, bowel cancer, hormones to endometriosis. 

Has anyone experienced similar
