Welcome to the forum Marc although I'm sorry about the symptoms you've been having.
Unfortunately no-one here will be able to tell you what this is but if you're worried it would be best to book an appointment with your GP as they'll be able to investigate and let you know if this is any cause for concern.
Hopefully that won't be the case but it's always good to get any unusual symptoms checked, if only for peace of mind.
