Confusion over mammogram images

Hi all

so this is my 4th time of mammogram of breasts been having a bit of discomfort on right breast which it has always been my right breast that has been investigated. I am 44 years old.
3 years ago I had calcification in my breast that was biopsied and I was told that was benign.
i went to gp as been feeling lump near armpit and tenderness also down the front of breast to the side which I wouldn't say is painful but can be tender.
Went for mammogram on Friday where they took the usual 4 images 2 on each breast she then said I am just away to check against your last images and then said she was going to get a second opinion with regards to my nipple possibly blocking an area view. So I had to get 1 more image of each breast. My confusion is they took a full image of my right breast and I have been feeling that the direction of my nipple has changed to point lower down and to the side a bit. But then she only wanted to image like just under a half of my left breast and then was told she would forward images across and that I probably would receive an appointment for the breast clinic.
has anyone had this before?

any advice welcomed
