I'm so sorry to hear about your son's diagnosis. It's obviously an incredibly difficult time for you at the moment it's understandable that you're feeling exhausted by it all. Please know that what you've said is perfectly normal. It's incredibly hard to see someone you love with cancer and when you're caring for them on a full-time basis it's natural to feel overwhelmed by things. 

Do you have any input from the palliative care team or the district nurses? Please do speak to them or your son's GP to get some additional support put in place. Consider having someone to help so that you can get a break. I'm sure that you want to do all that you can for him but it's also very important that you look after yourself as well.

Yes we have a palliative care team and district nurses who are great GP not so much.
