I am not a doctor, but I expect that Covid may have a part to play in this too. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 12 years, the first followed by Tamoxifen and the second by Letrozole. I felt utterly fatigued with both treatments, although I didn't have any dizziness. I just gave in to it and listened to my body, which was asfter all, fighting a serious disease.

I had a number of other side-effects too and found that certain brands of the drugs carried fewer side-effects. I was advised to take my tablets at night instead of in the morning. I found that my breast care nurse was most helpful with suggestions to overcome these hurdles. Chat to yours.

I've just had Covid and even though I'm over it feel really tired drowsy and very dizzy could be just that

No worries just See how you go but I'm a week out of isolation and still feeling the aftermath like I said could just be that rather than meds
