Sitting here in the waiting room for my vacuum biopsy. Thinking of everyone today waiting for results, treatment plans or having treatment. ️

I was first this morning which was good - no waiting about.  Op began at 9 and I came round at 1. It lasted 3 hours-that was a surprise! I've drain so looks like I'll be staying in.  All good so far. Surgeon doing rounds this afternoon so I'll know more then. xxx

It went well, definitely feeling a little sore now. I get my results via telephone on Monday 1st November. xx

Bless you Lucy, least it's done, was it under mammogram or ultrasound? I was relieved to get mine over and done, I must admit x 

It was under ultrasound and then they put another marker in and did a mammogram. x

That's a relief then, although I know it's still horrid - at least you weren't compressed under mammogram for the vacuum  xx back to the waiting now - sending hugs and glad that hurdle crossed x
