I am sorry to hear about this pain you have had for the last month combined with sickness and feeling unwell. It's good news that your ultrasound was normal but as your symptoms have been persisting and the pain can be severe, I would talk to your GP about it or seek a second opinion. 

I hope you feel better soon and that you will hear from other members of the forum who have had a similar issue and that they will come and share their experience with you.
