Bleeding between periods

Hi all

I'm just looking for some friendly advice. Over the last few months I have missed a period, then last month I was 4 days early and now this month I'm bleeding 9 days earlier. Prior to this I have been bang on every month to the day. I have regular yearly smears and had high grade HPV and low grade D but at my last smear all was clear and HPV gone I have never needed any treatment.
should I be concerned with this bleeding. Or could this just be my age I'm 35 maybe my cycles are just changing. Lately Ive Been feeling very fatigued, tummy's bloated and apart from the bleeding no other symptoms. I have put weight on recently so that may be a factor. Is anyone else going through something similar

Welcome to Cancer Chat. If you've noticed any changes that are unusual or you're not sure about, it's always best to speak to your GP - so do give them a call if you can to get their thoughts. Then if they feel it's necessary they may ask to see you.
In the meantime if anyone here has any similar experience to share then hopefully they'll be along soon.

My periods have always been irregular but about two years ago, I had a period that just would not stop. I had an ultrasound and nothing was found, so I was prescribed birth control pills which stopped it. I went off them last Christmas, just as a trial and everything has been fine since. They are still irregular - 7 weeks between my last two periods, two and a half before that, but that is fairly normal for me.
I'm no expert or anything, but just to suggest that this could be something very minor or nothing at all. Never found out what caused my ongoing bleeding, but it wasn't anything too frightening anyway.
