Good evening
I have a lump up the inside of my right buttock.
When using toilet paper I can feel a lump on the right side poking out from the right just inside of my buttocks .
I am also diabetic

I'm sorry to hear that you've recently found a lump. We'd recommend that anyone who finds a new lump or is concerned about an existing lump, speaks to their GP in the first instance as they will be best placed to help.
