I recently had a prostate exam which showed up a slight irregularity.

My PSA was 3.2

Referred for MRI scan which came back clear with no convincing abmormalities apart from 2 indeterminate markings.

Consultant did a further prostate exam and said It felt smooth just slightly enlarged.

Recommended another PSA test in 3 months which is getting nearer.

Am really worried which I know sounds like I'm over reactive.

Any support or advice welcome.

Just wanted to say hello makky3. Try not to worry PSA levels can be affected in other ways so it's important not to overthink things as it only has a negative impact on your wellbeing. Hopefully your next test goes ok and if you have any concerns, please don't be afraid to speak to your doctor.
