Urology appt

Hello, I've had gallbladder surgery in early March. Prior to surgery I had 2 MRI and 1 CT Scan. The Surgey was successful and I was sent home with a discharge letter.

It says: reactive porta hepatitis nodes grossly up to 13mm, aortocaval, paraaortic nodes noted, bilateral renal cyst, bilateral rounded dense lesions grossly 11.4mm on the right and 11.8mm on the left of uncertain significance (dense cyst, d.d. Other), left adrenal nodule grossly 17.6mm (d.d. adenoma)

GP tried to get images from hospital, GP mainly inactive till early August, now have urgent referral to urology for telephone appt next week.

i have light left flank pain, quite short of breath, wheezing, no other symptoms.

Is the above worrying?

I'm male, 49 yo, quite healthy

How do I best get quick treatment? I am a bit concerned that this has been dragged outby my GP and the hospital for the last 5 months and want to get the most out of my telephone consultation next week.
