My best friend has recently been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer i am really scared and i feel terrible for being upset and down about this. I don't know how i should comfort or help her. Any advice would be appreciated
My best friend was diagnosed with cancer this week too, she's only in her early 30's, I'm in my late 20's. Whilst I have absolutely no advice for you I wanted to let you know you're not alone in feeling upset and terrible for feeling upset. I just feel like a corner of my world has been set on fire and there's no water source available to put it out. The only person I'd usually talk to about this 'heavy' stuff is her, but obviously now I can't and I haven't got a clue what to do.
