Endometrium polyps and symptoms

Hi,

Everyone, I am new here. I am 39,married with two beautiful kids, (6 & 4 Yrs)

Hope somebody can help me.

I had lower abdomen and back pain and like a chronic constipation pain last year.

I went quite a few times to see my gp, and they said I have uti and kept giving me antibiotics but never got better so they gave me a smear test and blood test everything came normal.

But then this year (June) I started having the pain again in my lower abdomen, right side, back, thigh and difficulty breathing, chest pain, vomiting and pins and nidlle feelings, all on my right side.

So I decided to go directly to AE on 20th July where I had ultrasound and found out that I have three polyps and one fibroid, and my lining is 18mm thick.

And in two weeks time I had my hestrocopy done and polyps was removed and biopsy was done.

They put coil, today is one week exactly but I am still in pain and I am getting brown discharge.

I have received a letter from hospital (gynecology) for phone consultation regarding my condition.

I haven't received my biopsy results yet. They said it will take two weeks, so next week Tuesday it will be completely two weeks.

But the letter is worrying me,I thought, OK, that is it they have sorted it out and now I don't have to see them anymore.

Wondering if someone had received any letter as such. Or am I just getting stressed up, for no reason.

I have no one here in this country to discuss my situation with.

I only have my husband and his familys here, they think it is nothing serious.

But I know my body well and when I am in pain, I know that something is not right.

I tried talking to my husband and his family, and all I got to hear is, well we all had it (fibroid) so get on with it.

How discouraging, I am not making it up. The pain is real.

Please help me find the answer.

Many thanks
