hello you all

my chest is itching and at night gets worse.

I don't see any rash,my skin is not dry but I keep scratching.the itching is never in the same place I touched my nipple and 

they were hard and a I felt a bit pain . unfortunaly where I live doctor are not available.

can anyone help me?
