hi around 3 weeks i found thick veins in my scrotum above my right testical i don't get any problems at all but ever since i found the veins in my scrotum i have had constipation symptoms but i do poop a little now and then and i think my poop has streaks but not sure i just keep googling things and my anxiety is through the roof i just don't want it to be anything bad my stomach keeps making gurgling noises and sometimes cramps but am not in agony or anything i also have piles now i think from pushing too hard not sure if that's causing bits of blood or not i just panic all the time i just want to be ok i can't settle at all
