Hi Sezles I'm  sorry your having to have another lumpectomy operation. I had one I  June 16th 2020,and I was told  if the margins were not clear ( ie showing  signs of cancer cells I n the tissue they take away  ,when doing lumpectomy operation) that I would need another operation. 

I was lucky my margins were clear on the sourounding breast tissue,that thry took away along  with the 2cm tumour.  I can only think that perhaps your margins in yoir sourounding breast tissue  waa not clear each time you had yoir operations.  It might  be best to disscuss and ask questions, talk to your surgeon your    oncologist and breast clear nurses  maybe able to help .Good luck with it all .
