Hi all. I have very raised Kappa light chains and normal Lambda chains. I have bone pain ( have for a long time) and swelling around the hands and legs. Bruise very easy and pain in my armpits ( can't detect a lump tho ). Could this be Myloma ? I have a Haematology appointment in 6 days
