Had 3 biopsies of nail bed with a WLI today under general anaesthetic- I was wondering if anyone else had this done and how long before I will be up and around and able to get shoes on - have said 3 weeks for results

I had the same procedure on 12th April, am seeing the burns and plastics consult on 1st July to hear the verdict. In my experience three weeks seems very quick for the results, i hope you get the all clear. I was wearing sandals post op for about a week, then trainers with plenty of room thereafter.You will be fine, with a bit of a wobble when walking initially, the procedure sounds worse than it is.
