B12 bowel screeing

Has anyone had a bowel.screening and been told by the doctors I have b12 definceny.. or this normal I haven't heard about my b12 from the doctor the reception told me if that is right I e got.too.wait.a.month for.my actually doctor.to.telle.42.years old had a screeing before.ce.back.negatibe
