Things have moved very quickly for me, from first feeling my lump on Good Friday to now, feels like a whirlwind of hospital appointments and tests and totally overwhelmed with information.

Grateful to have a fantastic support system in place from family and work.

Know what you mean about whirlwind I feel the same. Had my appointment and bit of a shock still trying to digest it all. 

I have invasive ductal carcinoma stage 3 and will be having 2 lots of chemo. First one is every 3rd week and it's 6 lots. 2nd one will be every week for 3 weeks then week break this will be x 3 after this 10 days of radiotherapy. 

I feel like I'm in a dream or nightmare even lol but thankfully I have lot support.

I Found my lump by self examination, so very early and I have the same as you, grade 3 IDC.  Thankfully my surgeon has confirmed I don't need a mastectomy - so grateful for that, and current treatment plan is surgery with 3 weeks of daily radiotherapy, but that depends on results following surgery so post surgery treatment could all change.
