I have an appointment with the ent dr on Monday. But I'm in so much pain today I just couldn't stand a weekend of not knowing again. It will be 4 weeks on Monday I have waited for results. This appointment was booked before I even had the scan so this is quick apparently. People say surely they would get intouch earlier if it's something bad, I did try to call the ent doctor today but could t get through at all. Can I ask what your symtems are please? My cheek is numb now and my eye is constantly streaming it's so painful 

I'm the same I thought I can't go through another weekend . 
I rang too and the secretary said it's their ready to be reviewed and all she could do was message them and said I was chasing the results and anxious . 
Again I stayed by the phone and no call . 
The first symptoms were trouble swallowing pain in throat and chest and abdomen liver and spleen area apparently . I've never smoked or drink .

i had an urgent gastroscopy which showed gastritis and bits but no cancer . 
She said she was sending me for an urgent ct scan which I had in 3 days a week ago . 
I'm really nauseous which could be the treatment . 
I still have all the symptoms and swollen nodes in the neck which I've told them but they haven't scanned the neck which I think is the problem . 

Also I read the doctors have to start face to face appointments on Monday . 
I would ring first thing or even go to out of hours .

I think i will just wait for Monday's appointment with my ENT my doctors are rubish. I hope all goes well with your results. It's so bad having to wait so long. 4 weeks has felt like a life time. My CT scan was on my neck, brain and face. I think they are looking at my maxillary sinus. Pain is so much worse at night., 

fingers crossed no news is good news
