So I have been suffering with what I was told was IBS and this has been for quite awhile I spoke to a different doctor and she decided to run some blood tests my results came back and showed good iron stores but low iron in my blood she said this must be due to heavy periods when I explained due to the contraceptive pill I'm on I don't have periods at all and as my bowel movements have changed she asked me to do a fit test my results have come back at 183, I have a Covid test tomorrow and a colonoscopy booked for Friday I have two young children and I'm very scared I have not had any weight loss but due to the fact that I'm constantly tired I'm living on a sugar but I don't really have an appetite for anything else
