I have mentioned this problem before but wish to repeat what I chatted about.

I was lucky enough 12 years ago to have had pancratic Cancer found very very early. Since then I have had 4 breast cancers and one minor skin cancer.

However after the Whipple opereation I had after the Pancreatic  whippleoperation I sufffered with my bowels.....and 12 years later I am still suffering plus the added problem of serious bloating in my upper stomach.

Has anyone who has had the whipple operation had any luck with controling either of these situations?.  I am terrified that as I get much older I will end up in hospital with some other probelm and then I really will not being able to control my bowels my way. I am either consipated or or the opposite. I dont like talking about it much but I have had fecal mass twice and it is not a very nice situation to be in, as anyone who has had it will understand. I would love to get it sorted before this happends again. I have been trying for years.  I would like to find someone who understands what to do with the upper bloating - has anyone had any luck with finding someonewho is understanding and who has really helped them.  All I get is another laxitive - and I am fed up with them.
