I have suffered with ibs for most of my adult life but over the last 3months it has got alot worse it seemed different from my usual ibs symptoms so I went to see doctor who did stool samples. I have abnormal calprotectin I don't know what level it is as I only got a text of the doctor to say I need to repeat test in 2 weeks I am worried and any advice would be appreciated.
