Just a quick question as I'm being blamed for this.

I was working on a house after being told, by the project manager, that there was no asbestos in the building. Ripped out an old bathroom and there was lagging on the pipework but it had inspection hatches on it so you could see the lagging without ripping it apart. Turns out this lagging contains asbestos. I have never completed any asbestos training prior to this.

Would this be my fault
