I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so anxious following your recent cervical screening results.

HPV is far more common than many people realise but many women are left feeling worried when they receive positive results. You might find it helpful to have a look at the information here on the Jo's Trust website which hopefully will give you some reassurance about things.
