Hi everyone I'm 33 years old about 2 weeks before Christmas I stated having a sore neck can't explain the pain on the right side started getting ear pain with it and ringing in ear also right side of skull pain my ear feels like it's full and needs to pop doctor said ear looks fine also found a lump on right side of neck it moves when I press on it I've had all bloods done twice there all clear I've now been referred to a physiotherapist for neck pain I just feel like there missing something as I've had this pain for so long also past few weeks I've now lost my tase and very congested please has anyone ever experienced this I feel like I'm losing my mind
