Pea lump

Hi all, i know a lot of your posts are now pretty old and i hope you are all  doing mighty fine lumpy or not, ive had exactly the same thing today, heart in my mouth a little, but no nipple changes discharge, discolour etc. so im hoping the same as you all.  i had a biopsy side breast lump a few years ago all benign thank goodness.  im trying to tell myself this is just because i am rather well endowed, its always an issue though with some of the questions as my mum was adopted she died at 50 in 1991 (i'm now 55) so the history question is always a dont know i have no siblings.  did anyone find out what 2WW means it says that on my letter?

Twintwo i hope youre still ok x

  • Hi susanms,

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear of your worries - I can understand this must be a little unsettling.

2WW will mean a two-week wait referral, so you should receive an appointment within two weeks.

I'm not sure if Twintwo will have seen your message, so it may be best to reply directly to one of their posts on a different discussion if you would like to, just to be sure.

Wishing you all the best and I hope you're able to find out more and get your appointment soon,

  • I can't see how to reply without friend requesting her, but she posted in November so few years after so hopefully all good. Thanks.

  • Hi Susan,

If you go to Twintwo's profile you will see a list of all the discussions she has created. If you click on one of them you should then be able to just click on the pink reply button at the bottom of one of her posts and get in touch.

Although she hasn't been on since October, I'm going to cross my fingers and hope tagging [@TwinTwo]‍ in this post will see her returning to us soon to let us know how she's getting on.

    Kind regards,
