Hello, I am 64 years old and have just had a Positive HPV smear test with no cell involvement .
I am quite concerned that I will get Cervical or vulva Cancer as I have had a Squamus Cell Carcinoma of the Vulva removed in 1994 successfully. I have had many biopsies over the years and have had Lichen Sclerosus for many years too, causing thinning of the skin, fusion of the skin, splitting and pain. I have been married for 30 years together for 32 years, we haven't had sex for the last 13 years due to the soreness and pain.
I am very concerned that I may be more vulnerable to get Cervical Cancer or Vulval Cancer due to my previous conditions and now HPV.
Any help or guidance greatly appreciated.
