Hi!!

I really wanted to come on and whilst I cant offer any immediate relief, know you are not alone. 

So similar to you, I have had a whole host of period issues, painful etc. Had Lletz 6 years ago and since I have had 3 clear smears with HPV negative. HOWEVER, I felt some tiny bumps and my cervix had a rough patch and like you I immediately called the doctors. 

Mine was amazing and saw me yesterday, whilst she did not do a smear, she visually examined me and told me not to worry, however, due to ongoing and deliberating "health anxiety" she offered to refer me to gynae as it did look "swollen" and there was a Polyp. Now, obviously my head is ALL over the place and I do not think there is a website I have not read surrounding it. But it could also be nothing! There are a whole host of other possible reasons for it, I have read about cervical etrosion - something I was confirmed of having several years ago and wondered that it could possibly be this?

I am beside myself and feel despite the Dr. telling me not to worry, everything was fine, that she saw something and needs someone else to tell me the bad news!!!
