Hello,

Very new to the forum but this afternoon I felt with my tongue a spot like feeling on the side of my cheek, then when I looked this evening it is like a black spot.

I'm hoping tomorrow it will go as it could be nothing serious, but I lost my dad to throat cancer last year and it always go through my head.

Anyone got any advice? Its likely to be nothing serious at all but don't want to go doctors if maybe I just bit my cheek.
