A few weeks ago about 4 I stayed to get some kneck pain from a sudden movement. This is alot better now but won't go away completely. I did daily stretch and strengthening exercises which helped but stopped now as may aggrevate it not sure whether to continue? It is normally stiff in morning after sleeping then eases up. My pillow is quite old so I am going to change this to a sleep easy pillow specifically for kneck discomfort. I was just after any advice on if there is anything else I can do to make this go away. It's more uncomfortable and stiff very rarely get any pain now which is good.
