Just a message to hopefully reassure someone.

So, November 2020 I found a lump on the side of my neck, googled it as you do and I seriously thought I was seriously ill. I booked a doctors appointment and was told it was a swollen gland and it would go down in a few weeks (I had no infections). January 2021 I booked a further appointment and had full bloods down, chest X-ray (which all came back clear) and was booked in for an ultrasound. I went for a an ultrasound  today and was told the results straight away, luckily it is a gland and I was told it was nothing to worry about. I hope this message reassures someone as I really thought I had something serious.
