I found a lump in my breast last weekend. Saw gp on Thursday she is sending me to breast clinic for scan and a biopsy. The lump is hard and does not move should I be worried.
Hello, sorry to hear you are going through this. I couldn't just scroll past without sending you a message. I cannot say what the lump is as I am not a doctor, and I won't tell you not to be worried, it's only natural that we worry when finding a lump. I too found a lump under my areola, I'm sure it moves and I'm sure it's firm but not solid. I'm praying mine has something to do with my piercing I had done 7 months ago, although only noticed the lump 2 weeks ago! I was referred to the breast clinic yesterday. Fingers crossed we both get our appointments soon and have good news! Xx
Thank you for your reply lm hoping to get to see the breast clinic as soon as possible my letter came yesterday and I phoned to make an appointment as it said urgent on it.
I've just posted something similar. I haven't got an apt yet. Mine also doesn't move which is what I'm questioning on here as from reading, it seems to suggest cysts move. Do you have an apt yet?
