Sometimes lymph nodes, can stay enlarged for no reason. But usually they settle when infection resolves. Has your GP done a blood test - FBC to check if white cells may be elevated due to infection.  If your GP was concerned they would order further investigations x

my gp has never said anything further than just to wait if they hat bigger which is the worst thing for me, i'm only young and have. a history of cancer in my family, it's frustrating when all they do is tell me to wait and see if they get worse, it's always just stayed the same, i just want a blood test or something done to reassure me
