Endometrial Cancer

Hi all, I am 41 and I have an urgent appt booked for 30th March as I have been having bleeding for 4 weeks now, I had a private scan last week which revealed a thick womb (22mm) which I know isn't good I just wandered has anyone else had a thickness like this and it not turned out to be cancer?

Welcome to Cancer Chat. It's good to hear you don't have too long to wait for your appointment although I'm sure this must all be quite unsettling.

Hi Emma
what was your outcome? I have womb thickness and have an urgent referral for investigation. I have no idea what to expect and going out of my head with worry
