I would like to share my experience for any body will have colonoscopy for the first time.

I would explain from A-z how all start
i am 39 years  I had a rectal bleeding because I beleive I have a pile want to the local Gp on Wednesday 3rd of march for consultation . 
gp check all fine but at the end he asked me about stool test 

and they can detect cancer . 
I went home same morning to toilet I forced the poop to come out it was blood on it I talked the only blood and I put it in the sample bottle.

2 days later the Gp unskilfull receptionist called me and said they traced cancer I was scare and she said the hospital will send a letter and get in touch .

next day I been offer an appointment in 5days 

ftom the day of the call I have been asked to go on low fiber food and the 2 day I need to stop solid food at 08:00 am can drink coffe , tea, squash .

i receive by post a powder of 4 bags that you mix with 2 litres of water and drink to clear your colon complety.

you need to start it at 14:00 set a side 500ml for the next early morning day before 06:00 am and after that you can have only clear liquid and stop liquid 2 hours before the colonoscopy .

mev Prep that was sent to me was orange flavours so was not bad and clear your gut . 
you will be looking at 12 to 20 times Diarrhea so make sure that you put logic Vaseline at your botton in order not to sore.

my colonoscopy was at 10:00 I arrived at 09:30

the check your temperature and the nurse check your blood pressure than the doctor come to explain for you the procedure and ask you to sign the constant form,

I choose sedation and thanks his all was good I did not feel

any pain the find a small poly 1cm that they remove and normal routine check up after 6 months .

please all try to don't think to much as is going to check if there is something early to earlier the better .
