Waiting for appointments is always tough, but Monday is almost here and it won't be long until you find out what's going on. I am currently experiencing the same issue. I hot a dull ache in my armpit about December time I ignored it fr a bit. Like you I suffer terribly with health anxiety so I always have some sort of pain that I overstress about. The pain then started going into my breast and really alarming me.  I went to my doc she checked me was happy there were no lumps. She put me on capsules for evening primrose oil as she reckoned it was mastalgia. A month later im still so concerned as there is no improvement so I pushed for an appointment to a private breast clinic for a mammogram and ultrasound. I am praying I get called soon as I am experiencing high anxiety and catastrophising the worst news.

Can I ask how you got on with your docs appointment? You are not alone on this x

sorry your experiencing the same. I had my consult on Thursday and he was a little off with me that I had been referred as he has put it down to Muscular pain. The pain/discomfort started after my 2nd covid vaccine. It eases with anti inflammatories. Anyway at the consult he felt both breasts and armpits and said everything felt fine and ref me for a routine mammogram which i had on the day and I will have an ultrasound in 2 weeks time. I am putting it to the back of my head. I have been on my antianxiety meds now for 3 weeks and they are helping. 
I hope you hear from the clinic soon and you getthe peace of mind you need to move forward. Xx
