Had a growth on my right thumb for 6years or more.First appointment in March 2020,cancelled, Waited for next appointment in Sept 2020. Had biopsy in sept, results in november,   not to concerned at first was told a topical cream would be applied. Went back in January 2021 and was told needed another operation, 21at January they took a large piece of my thumb took the nail of and replaced the hole in my thumb with a graft from my arm, my nail bed was quarterized so it will not grow back. 7 weeks later the growth is coming back, my surgeon says he is unsure if he can do surgery on my thumb again due to the amount of reconstructive surgery they have done. Have another appointment on 29th march. Not sure what will happen next.
