As these symptoms seem to be unusual for you and you're worried about them it may be worth booking an appointment with your doctor as they're the only ones who can help you figure out what's going on and let you know if this is any cause for concern. Hopefully this won't be the case but it's always good to get things like this checked and ease your mind.
