I'm 26 years old, and on my very first smear in august 2019 it came back as HPV postive and abnormalities. I was then referred to colposcopy  department where they took a closer look and two biopsies which then came back and confirmed CIN2. They gave me the chance to take treatment then or wait 6 months due to my age as 50% chance of my body fighting it. 
 

I then returned 03rd June 2020 to have another colposcopy and they confirmed 14th July my results were normal - RESULT I THOUGHT. And they'd see me in 6 months for another check. 
 

January 25th 2021 was the next appointment and the letter got lost in post as I called yesterday and the lady has confirmed it has come back CIN2 again. I am absolutely gutted and they now recommend treatment. They're sending me a new letter as the appointment they gave me 9th March 2021 I am at my little sisters funeral. So they said my gynaecologist is away for couple weeks so new appt will be April. 
 

im just so concerned and worried. I think they'll do LLETZ. But they haven't said what one I'll have yet. Maybe the letter will say? Can anywhere share experiences and what the chances are of it returning again. Will this still let me get pregnant when clear as I really want children. But I know how important this.

any advise and support would be greatly appreciated.
